  • DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO SUBMIT AN ORDER? -+

    Yes – all you need to do is register your information via our sign up page here. Once the process is complete, and your information has been verified, you will have access to the platform.

  • IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTED? -+

    We take the privacy of our customers seriously. Your information will be stored securely by us, and only shared with third parties that have been verified and abide by the necessary data protection procedures. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

  • HOW DO I SUBMIT AN ORDER? -+

    As soon as you have access to the platform, you will be able to browse and add items to your shopping cart from there. Please note that some brands may have minimum order requirements, and pack sizes may differ.

  • HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER REQUEST? -+

    You will receive a confirmation email (including a PDF and CSV copy of your order request) as soon as your selection has been submitted. If any of the items are unavailable, they can be removed and you will be notified.

  • WHEN IS MY ORDER CONFIRMED? -+

    You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is processed, along with the invoice and a shipment date estimate.

  • WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER? -+

    All payment terms will be stated within the order confirmation and invoice issued by the brand.

  • DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY? -+

    Our brands deliver to most countries worldwide, with each order complying with the trading regulations of the destination country. For additional information please contact us.

  • HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED? -+

    All shipping rates and delivery times will be included within your order confirmation email. If you would like to use your own forwarder, please include your account number and preferred service in the special notes section.

  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? -+

    Your tracking number and all shipping estimates can be supplied in the following order confirmation email.

  • CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER REQUEST? -+

    All order requests can be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. To do so, please contact our support team.

  • CAN I GET MORE INFORMATION ON A PRODUCT AND REQUEST SAMPLES? -+

    All you need to do is contact our sales team and they will provide you with the information you require. To order samples, head to the page of your chosen brand and select ‘Order samples’ to request the available options.
